Volume icon is not appearing in taskbar though It is enabled from “Sound and devices” how to fix it?

This problem might occur when the systray.exe is not loading along with other startup programs. This error might also occur when the settings are not saved. Systray.exe is the file which is responsible for system clock and other information which one sees on the bottom left of our desktop screen. Systray.exe resides in system32 or at the folder windows\systray.exe or system32\systray.exe

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps

STEP 1: Even if you have enabled the box show volume control on the taskbar then check it again and restart your computer.

The Show Desktop icon should be visible now in the task bar.
STEP 2: Then copy or type the following set of commands in the notepad and then save them as "fix.reg". This name of the file should not contain .txt in the end.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoSaveSettings"=dword:00000000[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] "SystemTray"="SysTray.Exe"
STEP 3: Include the file in the registry by simply double clicking on it.

STEP 4: After carrying out the above steps restart your system. The volume icon Is displayed on the task bar now.
